Born and raised in Brockville, Ontario, I (Cecilia) returned to my hometown in June 2017 to be closer to family and start my own floral design business. After several years living and working in Toronto's music industry, I noticed something was drastically missing from my life.  With lots of soul searching, I realized my creativity wasn't being utilized and I wanted to improve the every day lives of others.

Floral design was merely a suggestion by friends and family as they were seeing me spend my weekends going to the flower markets to bring a new bouquet home with me. Flowers were always something that lifted my spirits when I was feeling down or burnt-out. It was my self-indulgent treat.

 With lots of friendly pushing from others, I garnered enough courage to leave the security of my office job in Toronto's downtown-core, attend Toronto Flower School, and move back to Brockville in order to start my own floral-design business.

Since our start in 2017, we've managed to convert my family's garage into its own studio for me to work in. We've facilitated our services to many weddings all over Ontario (Brockville, Ottawa, Kingston, and Toronto). Primrose & Willow has hosted seasonal workshops throughout the year and offered a daily floral-delivery service.
