We offer a variety of wedding floral services including personals, ceremony, and reception flowers. We also carry a selection of vase and pillar candle rentals.

I can't explain how happy I was with everything Primrose & Willow did for us! We hired them for our wedding and they exceeded expectations! I was a very indecisive & unorganized bride but Cecilia put all my ideas together and executed the most beautiful bouquets and table arrangements. Cecilia was so patient and understanding, she was able to put my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands from the first phone call we had!

Primrose and Willow did an incredible job at our Toronto wedding in February. We could not have been happier. Not only did the owner, Cecilia, absolutely nail the look and feel we were hoping for, but she was professional, responsive, flexible and such a pleasure to work with. Our bouquets and decor were stunning. We had a Jewish service and ceremony and although it was Cecilia’s first time designing and installing for this sort of wedding, it was apparent she did her research even before our intro call and was a pro at working with our chuppah vendor.
We especially appreciated that she was willing to source our pillar candles and vases as which helped make our day totally stress-free. We would recommend Primrose and Willow to anyone without hesitation.
