My husband and I had Cecilia do the flower arrangements for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with how they looked!! Cecilia took the time to sit down and go over our exact vision for the wedding and brought it to life, exactly how we imagined! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and we received so many compliments on them! We will definitely be using Primrose & Willow for all of our floral needs in the future!

I can't explain how happy I was with everything Primrose & Willow did for us! We hired them for our wedding and they exceeded expectations! I was a very indecisive & unorganized bride but Cecilia put all my ideas together and executed the most beautiful bouquets and table arrangements. Cecilia was so patient and understanding, she was able to put my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands from the first phone call we had!
